Registration Information

Registration for both days (Tuesday, 23 & Wednesday, 24 May) ensures you experience all the Conference has to offer. Full registration includes attendance at presentation sessions, access to the exhibition area, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on both days, and the informal EMANZ Cocktail Evening on Tuesday from 5pm.

Registration for one day only (either Tuesday, 23 May or Wednesday, 24 May) includes attendance at presentation sessions, access to the exhibition area, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on the nominated day.  NB: Registration for Tuesday includes the informal EMANZ Cocktail Evening.

Registrations close Monday, 22 May at 5pm.

All attendees must bring their tickets to scan on arrival for the day/s they are attending.

Second and subsequent EMANZ Member registrations (from the same organisation)
will enjoy a 15 % discount - contact EMANZ at admin@emanz.org.nz for your discount code.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Cancellations made before 8 May will receive a refund of the registration fee paid less a $50 administration fee.

- Cancellations made between 9-22 May will receive a 50% refund on the registration fee paid.

- There will be no refunds for non attendance.

NB: Any surcharges paid for credit card processing will not be refundable.

Delegate accommodation while in Wellington

There is a wide range of accommodation available in Wellington, and several within easy walking distance of the EMANZ 2017 conference venue at Mac’s Brewery. 

Two of these have a limited number of rooms set aside for EMANZ 2017 conference delegates for nights of 22, 23 and 24 May.  They can be contacted directly to make bookings:

  • Bay Plaza Hotel have rooms at $135.00 a night.  Quote ‘73702’ when booking online or via phone (http://www.bayplaza.co.nz/)

Another option is to use www.wotif.co.nz to find out what is available for the dates you will be in Wellington and then either book through this site or contact the hotels directly.
