It was prepared with the help of the Facilities Management Association of New Zealand and offers training in electricity and energy, focussing on the ways that building systems can make the most efficient use of resources. Accreditation

To achieve accreditation as an Energy Manager (Facilities) a four step process is required.

Wellington - Terrace Conference Centre - There is a public car park behind the Terrace Conference Centre building. See map at following link for the location of the car park.

EMANZ - there is parking behind the Reading Cinema complex across the road from EMANZ. If in by 8.30 am and out after 3.30 pm it is $10.50.

Christchurch - Sudima Hotel - there is plenty of parking around the hotel.
