The objective of this forum is to bring together suppliers, potential customers, users and other interested parties together to raise awareness and to inform commercial and industrial energy users of the options and technologies available.

    Exhibitor

    We have room for approximately eight tables, each about 3X1 metres with access to internet and power.   The fee for each exhibitor reserving a table is $900 (excl. GST).  Exhibitors are expected to provide all of their own equipment other than the table provided. 

    The forum will be held in one large room. It is intended that the trade displays will be set up around the catering area to the side of the seating areas.

    In return for the provision of $900 (excl. GST), payable to EMANZ, the Sponsor with receive the following benefits:

    • Two individual passes to the event as part of the fee. 
    • A 3x1 metre table, with power socket and internet access.
    • A listing on the Forums web page with a link to your own web site
    • Placement of the traders banner near the traders table – banners must be free standing and measure approximately 830mm x 2,050mm.

    Speaker

    Eight speakers will be chosen with a view to ensuring a balance between customer experiences and supplier information. Both Customers and Suppliers are strongly encouraged to provide a presentation at a generic technology level and avoid brand endorsement.  There are no fees for speakers at the forum.     Delegate

    The forum will be marketed and we expect approximately 80 attendees although of course we can provide no guarantee of numbers attending, though we are already receiving a number of inquiries.  The cost for non members will be $90 (excl. GST) and $75 (excl. GST ) for EMANZ members.
