Welcome to the EMANZ Events Page

EMANZ runs a regular programme of events covering a wide range of technical and topical energy managment issues.

The following sections provide details of the current schedule of presentations:

EMANZ monthly technical presentations

EMANZ monthly technical presentations are for the benefit of Members and others concerned about improving the way we use energy.

Presentations aim to share knowledge and understanding on a range of technical energy issues and foster a culture of collegial support within the energy management sector.

Technical Presentations are schedule for Tuesdays and Fridays on a monthly basis. The sessions appear in the events calendar under the category "technical session" and in a list below..

  • Tuesday Technical Sessions: (Start at 4pm and typically last up to 1hr depending on questions)
    • The Tuesday presentations usually follow the EMANZ Executive Committee Meeting. They are hosted at EECA's offices in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, with a videoconference hook up between them for audiences to attend in person. While a phone line into the presentation is provided, attendance at the venue is recommended to capture the full benefit.
  • Friday Sessions: (Start at 3pm and typically last 30-45 minutes)
    • These presentations are via teleconference link and access to the power point presentation will be through the EMANZ Presentations / Monthly Technical Presentations section on the EMANZ website. Click here to login for phone in and power point presentation details.

Phone in details are available in the EMANZ Members Only section of the EMANZ website. EMANZ members can login on the right hand side of this page.

Previous presentations are available in the EMANZ Members Only section of the EMANZ website.
