All membership applications need to be approved at our monthly EMANZ Board meetings which are usually held in the fourth week of each month. 

Once approved, you will be notifified and sent an invoice. Membership will not be confirmed until payment is received.

Please provide your full address (including town/city) for invoicing purposes.
Please advise what company or individual name should appear on the invoice. Note: Payment by credit card will incur a surcharge.
Please indicate the membership class are you applying for.
If you are applying for Student Membership you need to advise us what Institute you are with and your Supervisors name and contact details. Please also provide a copy of your Student ID.
Please provide your Referees name and contact phone number (NB: A Referee must be a current financial Member of EMANZ). If you do not know a current EMANZ member, please email a copy of your CV to info@emanz.org.nz.
