Meridian is 100% Kiwi-owned and we are committed to generating electricity from renewable resources like wind and water. We do this at places like West Wind and Te Āpiti wind farms in the North Island, and hydro stations on the Waitaki River and at Manapouri in the South Island.

We supply electricity to more than 180,000 residential, rural, business, and corporate customers throughout the country and with offices in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and Twizel we are a truly nationwide business.

We offer a variety of product and pricing options to suit our customer’s needs, be it CFD and TOU contracts for large users or fixed and variable rates for smaller sites. We also welcome customers with distributed generation and have a range of competitive pricing options depending on the size of your generation.
